In your initial appointment, Harley will take a thorough case history and explore your health concerns using a holistic framework that encompasses your physical, mental and emotional health. A pre-assessment questionnaire will be provided prior to your consultation. Your prescription and a personalised treatment plan will be formulated shortly after your consult unless further testing is needed.

During your return consultation, Harley will review any recent pathology test results and further tailor your treatment to suit your needs. She will discuss your progress, any changes in your health and make any necessary adjustments to your prescription.

Acute consultations are intended for complaints needing symptomatic relief. Presentations commonly seen in acute consultations include:

• Acute stress/anxiety
