  • Initial appointments go for 1 hour and are all about gathering as much relevant information about you, your body and what you’re feeling at the time. This will help to determine the direction of your treatment and uncover the holistic nature of your complaint. We will do a diet analysis, discuss any recent pathology testing and organise any further testing to help us get to the root cause of your concern/s in order to nip it in the bud!

  • We are all individual and unique so no one prescription is the same. Depending on the directions and aims for the treatment, Naturopaths may choose to prescribe

    diet and lifestyle changes, nutritional supplements, personalised nutritional compounds, herbal medicine, and/or flower essences.

  • Simply send us a message via the “contact” outlining your health complaint and any other details you feel are relevant.

  • As of 1st April 2019, Herbal Medicine and Naturopathy are no longer covered with private health funds in Australia.
